Makeup Artist Los Angeles Bridal Makeup Artist Wedding Makeup Artist Best

Hi, I’m Patricia

I hope you like my non-traditional bio pictures.

As you can see… I am a very serious person. Makeup is serious. Your wedding is serious, and we’re probably not going to have very much fun. Hahaha! Just kidding!!! We’re going to have the best time ever!

It’s nice to e-meet you! *big squeeze*

Okay, serious business first… please feel free to call me Tricia or Trish!

I am a Professional Makeup Artist and Luxury Bridal Makeup Specialist based in Southern California and I absolutely love what I do! I have been doing makeup professionally since 2014. I’m obsessed with podcasts (even thought NPR talk radio literally used to give me migraines as a child when my parents would put the station on in the car lol!), my favorite show right now is Couples Therapy on Showtime. Hahaha am I weird?! IDK. I just love listening to people’s stories and deep diving into juicy relationship topics.

I was born in Compton, California, grew up in Houston, Texas, and have spent most of my life living here in Gardena! Fun Fact: I lived next to a bayou in Sugar Land, TX and I used to catch tadpoles and frogs in jars and keep them as pets for a few days! I had a lot of warts LOL!

I am an only child and I am super close to my amazing parents! I started doing makeup when I was 14 years old and I can honestly say that doing makeup is my dream job! I also Coach & Mentor other Makeup Artists, I’m so grateful.

Both of my parents are from the Philippines. I can understand Tagalog and I have visited my family there 4 times! I have a face full of freckles (yes, I love them). I am a makeup artist who rarely wears makeup. My favorite colors are light green and lilac. My birthday is March 23 (Aries baby! 🔥 Plot Twist: I’m also a Cancer Moon…) and I have a beautiful chubby pitbull mix named Nova.

(June 2022 Update: I’m not quite ready to change the bio here that I think I wrote in 2019. Some of you may already know that I lost my Mom recently on December 31, 2021. You can see how proud I was to be her daughter because I mention my parents not once, but twice, on this page. I really miss her and I’m still grieving. We were very close. I know she’s with me always. I appreciate your thoughts and kind words. I’ve received so much love and support during this difficult time.

Additionally, my schedule and availability will reflect my priorities for this year: time with my family and time to heal. Thank you for all the love.)

My goal is to make you feel so beautiful and confident on the most special day of your life and to provide incomparable luxury services with attentiveness and unparalleled quality.

This is just a snippet of my story, and I’m excited to hear yours!

My Mom

The best Mom in the world.

I recently lost my Mom on December 31, 2021. If you’ve lost someone special or have experienced loss of any kind I truly sympathize and send you all my love. I know it’s not always the big occasions and things that make you feel sad… it’s often the little things. The moments where we just take a breath and realize how much we miss a person… like when I get her HelloFresh coupons in the mail and remember how much we enjoyed sharing a simple meal at home together. It’s thinking about all of the special things like mid-day caramel frappes or just simply walking around Redondo Beach arm in arm without needing to saying a word… I understand that some days you feel you’re doing really well and that other days you’re hit with the gravity and the overwhelming disbelief that your loved one is really gone. I understand your pain and also see value in talking about it. If you’d like to talk about my Mom or anyone you have lost please know I invite it. Thank you for all of your kind words. This year looks different than most… in a lot of ways. I’m still grieving and healing. Thank you for all of your love.
